Course Description:

MGMT 513 LEADING CHANGE IN ORGANIZATIONS (Three Hours) This course focuses on the knowledge and skill necessary for leading, planning, and implementing organizational change. Students will examine how different methods of change can affect direction and outcome. The examination of internal and external change agents will be used to assist students in focusing on their own change in the areas of communication, leadership, and team development. This course cannot be taken as a directed study.
