Course Description:

RREL 433/533 PRINCIPLES OF PASTORAL MINISTRY (Three Hours) This course is a guide to the integration of theological and practical aspects of ministry in a church-related vocation. Congregational leadership issues are emphasized, including relational skills, administration, financial stewardship, staff management, worship planning, weddings, funerals, baptism, and the Lord’s Supper. Students taking this course for graduate credit must complete all graduate course requirements. Undergraduate prerequisite: RRED 273.
