HCMG 413 HUMAN RESOURCES AND STAFFING IN HEALTHCARE SETTINGS This course will explore the unique considerations of staffing and human resource management in healthcare settings including recruitment and selection of employees, benefits and compensation management, privileging and credentialing of health professionals, performance evaluation, staffing plans, labor relations and labor law relevant to healthcare organizations.
